17 Deloitte employees serve as OMD Coaches

OMD Coaches provide ongoing support to Scholars during a 90-minute, once-a-month, Saturday Coaching Session during the academic year at several community colleges. Additionally, they are available to Scholars via phone or email as needed during the month.

OMD/x: The Idea Exchange highlights One Million Degrees’ role as a convener and thought leader in the fields of higher education and social mobility. This year’s OMD/x event, held in February, featured an address by Carl Allegretti, Chicago Office Managing Partner, Deloitte LLP.

Making an Impact on Scholars with real work

As part of Deloitte’s annual Impact Day activities, Deloitte professionals worked with 20-25 OMD Scholars on a real OMD-focused business project. At the end of the day of service, the Scholars presented their work to Deloitte and OMD leadership.
